  • Rate A: General price: 3,00 €
  • Rate B: Groups (5 or more people): 2,00 €
  • Rate C: Reduced admission (students, large famillies and >65 years): 1,50 €

  • Free admission: childrens under 14 years, educational groups, unemployeds and members of ICOM
  • Free adminssion: Thursday

Combined pass to Zumalakarregi Museum and Igartubeti Basque farmhouse: 7,00 €

Gipuzkoa Chartered Provincial Council offers a combined pass allowing for access to three chartered Museums in the territory:

- Zumalakarregi Museum (Ormaiztegi), reference center for knowledgeand study of the Basque Country in the 19th century, in Iriarte Erdikoa House, a typical Basque farmhouse from the 17thcentury.

- Igartuberti Museum-Farmhouse (Ezkio-Itsaso), a building from16th-17thcenturies that proposes an approach to the history and evolution of Basque farmhouses.

-Untzi Museoa - Naval Museum (San Sebastián), a Museum dedicated to the maritime history and heritage of the Basque Country. It is situated in the port of SanSebastian, in the tower-house of the Consulate, a building from the 18thcentury.

Tickets can bepurchased at any of the three museums andare valid inthe opening hoursof each center

Guided tours and educational programs (with previous reservation)

Groups can consult the programme of visits organised by the Education Department. Possibility of visits in Basque and Spanish. From Tuesday to Thursday: 10.00 - 14.00 and 16.00 - 19.00; Friday: 10.00 - 14.00

  • Groups with Rate A, B and C: +1 € / person.
  • Educational Groups: 2,50 € / person.

How to arrive

Services and recommendations


  • Audio-guides: audio-guides in Basque and Spanish are available free of charge.
  • Guide brochures: Brochures in English and French to guide you on your visit can be borrowed free of charge.
  • Luggage office and cloakroom: free of charge.
  • Access: The lower floor of the Museum is accessible for mobility scooters. There is a ramp giving access to the first floor. Wheelchairs are also available on request. The building has no lift.
  • Book and souvenir shop: open throughout Museum opening hours.
  • Library: on the 2nd floor. Access is free by prior appointment..

The exhibits on display are part of our common heritage. To help conserve them, please observe the following rules:

  • These works of art are fragile and easily damaged, so please do not touch them.
  • Photographs and video footage may not be taken inside the museum.
  • The use of mobile telephones in the exhibition rooms is prohibited.
  • Food and drink may not be brought into the exhibition rooms.
  • For your convenience, the Museum has a cloakroom where your umbrellas, rucksacks and packages may be stored. For safety reasons, umbrellas, packages and bags measuring more than 40 x 40 cm may not be brought into the Museum
  • The Museum welcomes children, but please keep them close to you and ensure that they behave themselves.
