    16.00 - 19.00 (from 15th of june to 15th of september)

  • Closed on Mondays
  • Closed January 1, 6 and 20, December 25

Tickets prices

  • Main entrance: 3,00 €
  • Reduced admission: 1,50 € students, large famillies, >65 years and Los museos de la Costa Vasca Card
  • Free admission: <14 years, unemployeds and members of ICOM
  • Free admission day: Thursday
  • Guided tours to groups (6 or more people): entrance + 1,00 € (with previous reservation). On Thursdays, 2,5 € per person
  • Guided tours and workshops to educational groups: 2,5 € per person (with previous reservation), from Tuesday to Friday
 

Discount to the Zumalakarregi Museum and Igartubeti Museum-Farmhouse

With the general entrance of the Naval Museum you can enjoy a discount of %50 on the general admission to the Zumalakarregi Museum and the Igartubeiti Museum-Farmhouse.

- Zumalakarregi Museum (Ormaiztegi), reference center for knowledgeand study of the Basque Country in the 19th century, in Iriarte Erdikoa House, a typical Basque farmhouse from the 17thcentury.

- Igartuberti Museum-Farmhouse (Ezkio-Itsaso), a building from16th-17thcenturies that proposes an approach to the history and evolution of Basque farmhouses.

Services

  • Audio-guides: audio-guides in Basque and Spanish are available free of charge.
  • Guide brochures: Brochures in English and French to guide you on your visit can be borrowed free of charge.
  • Luggage office and cloakroom: free of charge.
  • Access: The lower floor of the Museum is accessible for mobility scooters. There is a ramp giving access to the first floor. Wheelchairs are also available on request. The building has no lift.
  • Book and souvenir shop: open throughout Museum opening hours.
  • Library: on the 2nd floor. Access is free by prior appointment..

Recommendations

The exhibits on display are part of our common heritage. To help conserve them, please observe the following rules:

  • These works of art are fragile and easily damaged, so please do not touch them.
  • Photographs and video footage may not be taken inside the museum.
  • The use of mobile telephones in the exhibition rooms is prohibited.
  • Food and drink may not be brought into the exhibition rooms.
  • For your convenience, the Museum has a cloakroom where your umbrellas, rucksacks and packages may be stored. For safety reasons, umbrellas, packages and bags measuring more than 40 x 40 cm may not be brought into the Museum
  • The Museum welcomes children, but please keep them close to you and ensure that they behave themselves.
